The international scientific-practical online conference "Content of the negative: how to protect yourself and the country during the total information confrontation" took place at the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv on the basis of the Linguistic Research Department. The event was devoted to the issues of modern information space of the state and aspects of communication and content counteraction to the aggressions against Ukraine by Putin's Russia.
The conference was organized by the Research Center of VIKNU, the NGO "Ukrainian Institute for Security Research" and the NGO "Center for Communication and Content Security".
Representatives of the Directorate of Information Policy in the Field of Defense and Strategic Communications of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Press and Information Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, press officers of individual brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, scientists of the WIPO Research Center, domestic experts on information security, representatives The European Command of the United States Armed Forces (Stuttgart, Germany), the Poland-Ukraine Research Center Foundation (Republic of Poland), etc.
Conference participants - Maxim Bilan, Alexander Gain, Yaroslava Zorina, Valery Korol, Grigory Lyubovets, Vladislav Seleznyov, Robert l. Ditchey II, Dariusz Maternyak and others - focused on solving the problem of the impact of public-content negatives of hybrid aggression on society and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as on certain approaches to optimizing and neutralizing the negatives of streaming content environments. serviceman during the performance of functional duties, in particular in various states of tension - from active (combat) to recovery and motivation.
During the speeches and discussions, the participants of the event agreed that the neutralization of public negativity by the possibilities of communication and content security is a reduction of attention to it in the information space to zero. According to scientists and experts, this is the most effective strategy of nonlinear information confrontation.
