The presentation of an Integrated interactive electronical database on studying, analyses and generalization of the experience of troops (force) implementation

 On the-31 of October in the premises of the Department of Military science instructional-methodical classes have been organized for the representatives of the bodies of military command, structural units of the General Staff of Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defence and the Higher military educational facilities and research and development centers concerning the work with an integrated interactive electronic database on carrying the expertise, analyses and generalization of the experience of implementing troops (force).

This particular electronic database was designed by the Lingustic research and development department as a result of a realized research “The development of a conceptual basis of projecting the electronic integrated system of linguistic informational assurance of the activity of structural units of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and on the basis of a separate request of the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on creating and functioning of a system for analysing the experience of the implementation of troops (forces) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The abovementioned database was placed in the internal internet-network of the Ministry of Defence which makes it more protected from external interference. The main administrator of this resource is the Military Department of Science.

The deputy chief of the linguistic research and development department lieutenant-colonel Andryi Galtschus has presented to the attendees the structure of the database and its various regimes of functioning (the users and administrators regime) Also there was a presentation of the information concerning the order of input of information to the database. The presentation of the electronical resource has caused active discussion among the attendees, which all agreed this base to be necessary for generalization and optimizing all divided materials  (educational – methodical handbooks, bulletins, informational-analytical reports, memoranda on the issues of implementing the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the preparation of troops (forces), their ubiquitous assurance), that are developed and introduced to the process of service activity by the subjects of the process of studying, generalizing and implementing the experience of combat actions.

In the course of this instructional-methodical lesson the representatives of the bodies of military command, the structural units of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine were registered in the base as administrators and received the opportunity to enrich the appropriate fragments of the base. The critical reprimands and wishes, which may occur in the course of further work with the base will be paid attention to both by the administrators and the developers.
